How to count the cost per quart of bottled or packaged drinks and liquids? - CostPerQuart.com is a web app for comparing the price per quart. Coded in HTML and JavaScript, the cost comparison app is extremely user-friendly and easy-to-use. You can access the app using desktops, laptops, netbooks, tablets or mobile devices to get the price per quart. By entering item, volume and price information in the respective fields, you can determine the price per quart or cost per qt.

Your privacy is 100% protected. We never collect any information from your device.

You can enter integers and decimals in gallons, quarts and fluid ounces fields, as well as in the metric fields. The calculator adds them up automatically. If a value is zero, just skip the field.

Example 1: - If the bottle's label displays the volume as 1.4 gallon, enter the retailer and the fluid's name, enter 1 in the gallons integer field, enter the 4 in the corresponding decimal field, leave the other volume values unchanged, fill out the Price field and Calculate to get the price per quart.

Example 2: - If the bottle's label displays the volume as 1 qt 3 oz, type the shop and the brand of liquid, leave the gallons fields empty, enter 1 in the quarts integer field, enter 3 in the ounces integer field, fill out the Price field and Calculate to get the value per quart.

Example 3: - You have 800ml of shampoo, which costs $4.50. How much is it per quart? - To find out, enter the store name and the shampoo's brand, place your mouse or tap on "US" and select the dropdown item "ml". Enter "800" in the ml field, "4" in the "$$$" and "50" in the "¢¢"; then Calculate. CostPerQuart.com converts the ml into quarts, and gives you a price per quart.

Example 4: - There is a small drum of motor oil labeled 4.5L. It costs $34.99. How to convert that into cost per quart? - Write the gas station and motor oil brand, instead of "US", select "L". Then write "4" at "write litres here" and "5" in the decimal area marked "000". Calculate and see the oil price per quart.
